Privacy · every call, check-in and email
Whether we are talking about The Operations Build or working through a setup hour, you show me how your business actually runs. This is what I do with that, and what I do not.
What this covers
What I will do
It is how I improve the templates, the setup hour and the way I explain things. You will be learning from me, and I will be learning from the call too. You will always know: I say so at the start of every call, and the booking tells you in advance. Ask me not to record, before or during the call, and I will not. Nothing about the call changes.
Recordings are only for me. They are not shared, published or used in marketing. I use a recording and transcription app to capture and summarize the call, held securely in my account. Recordings are deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask, and you can ask for a copy of yours at any time.
What I will never do
The one exception
What I learn from calls shapes my products and how I work, in general terms, without any of your details. I may also describe the kind of help I gave in a way that cannot identify you: a cleaning company in the GTA got its billing out of a notebook and into one tracker.
No names, no numbers, nothing traceable. If you would rather I did not mention you even that way, tell me and I will not.
If something goes wrong
If your information is ever exposed through me, I will tell you promptly and in writing, and explain what happened. I handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy law for businesses (PIPEDA). You can ask what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, at any time at cory@cabsolutions.ca. Booking a call means we both agree to the above. If you would like a signed copy, email me and I will send one.
